Loodgieter Aaron

A website for a plumber in The Hague, built around one action: call, or fill in the job sheet. Services, service area and tips for the minutes before he arrives all sit in one place.

Challenge

Someone searching with a leak or a blocked drain wants a person on the line, not an article. The site had to make clear within seconds that someone picks up day and night, what the work covers and how to make a request.

Solution

A site in the tradesman's own voice: phone number and WhatsApp always in view, a short explanation of what you can do yourself before he arrives, services grouped by category and a service area with travel times per district. Anyone who would rather write than call fills in an online job sheet.

Approach

From first conversation to launch

01 Discover

We sharpen the goal, the audience and the key action, so every choice after that is well-founded.

02 Design & build

Interface, content and technology are built as one: fast, scalable and focused on the visitor's next step.

03 Launch & grow

After launch we measure and refine — findability, conversion and management — so the system keeps paying off.

What it delivers
Filling in the job sheet on the site, as an alternative to calling
Nine service categories and sixteen districts and towns in the service area, each with its own page
Call, message or request from any page
