You don't put a made-to-measure screen in a shopping basket. The site had to explain which type suits which window or door, without a price list, and still lead the visitor to a measuring visit.
Horren BCS
A website for a maker of made-to-measure insect screens in The Hague: four product types, a process from measuring to fitting and one clear step for the visitor, requesting a free measuring visit.
A comparison of window screens, screen doors, roller screens and pleated screens by operation and use, the process in three steps, the frame colours with RAL codes and a request form that asks for the screen type, quantity and location alongside contact details. Plus a service area with a page per town and a knowledge base.
From first conversation to launch
We sharpen the goal, the audience and the key action, so every choice after that is well-founded.
Interface, content and technology are built as one: fast, scalable and focused on the visitor's next step.
After launch we measure and refine — findability, conversion and management — so the system keeps paying off.
